Yvette is a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity and has been working in the Fitness Industry since 1993.  Qualifications include;  Premier International L4 Specialist Diploma for Lower Back Pain/Care Management;  Premier L3 Registered Personal Trainer;  Premier L3 GP Referral Trainer; International Yoga Sports Science™ Coach;  Experienced 500+ Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance; Advanced Level Stott Pilates™ Teacher; ITEC L3 Sports Massage Therapist;  Foundational Pilates Reformer Teacher; Les Mills™ Instructor and Exercise to Music Teacher.  30+ years teaching/coaching experience.


With her well-rounded background in Sports Performance and rehabilitation, she has continued to deepen her knowledge of injury prevention, pain management, and adaptations for medical conditions.  In addition to Yoga and Pilates, her classes also include somatic movement therapies such as Qi Gong, Dance and Meditation with the aim to holistically improve mental health and well-being.

Yvette teaches from the heart with understanding, warmth and enthusiasm and has the ability to connect with everyone in her class. Her instructions are clear and simple and her way of teaching makes everyone feel at ease and welcome. Experienced in teaching Professional Athletes to the 'Weekend Warrior' (and everyone in between) she loves to share her knowledge and ‘tunes in’ to her students by adapting her class to suit all abilities. Yvette inspires everyone to engage in mindfulness by combining smooth flowing sequences of breath and movement for the benefit and enjoyment of all.
