Rehab & Restore
Rehab & Restore combines the strength of Pilates, Yoga, and Cardio exercises to help you rehabilitate and restore after injury or treatment. This class is designed specifically for those recovering from injury or illness, providing a supportive and adaptable environment to meet your unique needs.
Class Structure:
Warm-up: Prepare your body to exercise through yoga balances, poses and stretches.
Strength: Resistance training using free weights, resistance bands and body weight to improve your functional strength.
Cardio: Low-impact cardiovascular exercises to improve heart health and stamina.
Relaxation/Guided Meditation: Each session concludes with a period of relaxation and guided meditation to promote mental well-being and stress relief.
We understand that each person's recovery journey is different. That's why we offer a free 15-minute consultation before your first class to discuss any specific adaptations you may need. Our experienced instructors will modify exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for you.
