How This Programme Works:

  • When you're ready to join the Programme and have paid below to secure your place, we'll arrange a video call with you to answer any further questions you may have about the course and complete your pre-course requirements.

  • You will then be sent your Mindfulness Workbook setting out the foundation principles of this programme of Meditation, Mindfulness and Gratitude, for you to review in full and complete your Mindfulness Audit. 

  • Then you'll be ready to begin your Mindfuness journey.

  • You will meet with your Instructor once per week and be supported in a WhatsApp Group in-between these weekly sessions.  You will also receive a weekly email that includes your meditation audio a recap of the weekly homework tasks and useful information to support your practice.

  • Each session will comprise a welcome and introduction to the session, a review of the Mindfulness Self-Audit on the first week, thereafter each week will be a review of the previous week's session and tasks.  Following this will be your meditation, the style and focus will alter each week but to improve your 'endurance' and the duration of the meditation session will increase each week as the course progresses.  We end the session with your assigned tasks for the week ahead.
